Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at andy@cuffngo.com.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards or downloadable digital products.

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
