Our Story – The Invention of Cuff-N-Go™

From Stage to Workshop

Cuff-N-Go™ was born from real-world need. As a professional fiddle player, Andy Varner spent his life on stage performing with some of country music’s biggest names. Night after night, he needed a clamp that could be fast, strong, and hassle-free—something that would hold an instrument securely, yet release instantly when it was time to switch setups.

When no such clamp existed, Andy turned to his father Don, a retired automotive design engineer with decades of experience in hinges, latches, and mechanical systems. Together, they set out to design a better solution.
